- Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
- Pork Skewers 0 oz
- Steaks 4 pieces
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Frank's Hot Sauce 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, black pepper, onion, cayenne pepper, oregano, cumin, 2 eggs, and salt. Place 1 cup of flour in a shallow dish.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 210°F. In a skillet over high heat, heat the oil. Dip the steaks in the buttermilk mixture, then coat in flour, shaking off the excess. Sear until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the seared steaks to a baking sheet and place in the oven.
Step 3
Slice the sausages and sauté in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of flour and continue cooking. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat until the gravy thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and add hot sauce to taste.
Step 4
Arrange the warm steaks on plates, drizzle with gravy. Serve with eggs, potatoes, or any side dish of your choice. Enjoy your meal!
