
Pork Goulash in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Pork Blood 25 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt a pinch
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Water 1 glass
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it. Add the pork goulash, then a pinch of salt, and cook everything for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add tomatoes and water, and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Step 3
For the goulash sauce, add sour cream, stir, then add flour, stir again, and season with pepper to taste.
