- Milk 5 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

- Pork tenderloin 25 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the pork loin from membranes and tendons, cut into small pieces (weighing 60 grams). Slightly pound them.
Step 2
To prepare the cheese batter, beat the eggs with milk, grated Parmesan, and chopped fresh herbs.
Step 3
Dip the meat into the cheese batter and fry in vegetable oil over low heat until golden brown.
Step 4
When serving, place the meat in the center of the plate. You can add spinach, sautéed vegetables (such as zucchini, eggplant, peeled tomatoes, and bell peppers), and herbs (thyme and basil). Green asparagus also makes a good side dish.
