- Banana Leaves 4 pieces

Thoroughly rinse the pork and pound it.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper to taste and rub the meat.
Step 3
Place the prepared meat on a cabbage leaf and cover it with another leaf on top. Wrap this construction tightly in foil to prevent the juice from leaking. Place the wrapped meat on a baking sheet covered with a sheet of foil.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 55 minutes.
