Pork Chops with Rice

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin 5 oz
  • Rice 0 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Orange juice concentrate 0 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Leek 0 oz
  • Capers 0 oz
  • Beetroot 5 oz
  • 10% cream 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pre-cook the rice. Pound the pork, season with salt, place the cooked rice inside, roll it up, coat in flour, then in egg, again in flour, again in egg, and then in breadcrumbs, and fry in hot oil.

Step 2

For the sauce: heat the orange juice, add capers, and sliced leek, and cook until the leek is soft and the sauce reduces.

Step 3

For the side dish, boil the beetroot, cool it, peel it, cut it into medium cubes, pour cream over it, and heat until a creamy sauce of medium thickness forms.

Step 4

On a plate, place the pork roll cut diagonally into 2 pieces, drizzle with the orange sauce, and next to it, place a mound of beetroot stewed in cream.

Step 5

Garnish with chives.
