Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Scallions 2 bunches
- Garlic 1 clove
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Chicken Broth ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Sear the chops in olive oil until browned on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
Cut the green onions into 10 cm long pieces and sauté in the same skillet for 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3
Dice the red pepper and sauté in the same skillet. Add the minced garlic, pour in the broth, and heat through.
Step 4
Serve the chops with red pepper, garnished with sautéed green onions on top.
