- Pork chop with bone 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Marinated cherries 12 pieces
- Dry White Wine ¼ cup
- Chicken Broth ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Rub the chops with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a skillet over high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Sear the chops on both sides for 5-8 minutes.
Step 3
Place the skillet with the chops in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Transfer the cooked chops to a plate, and put the skillet over medium heat.

Add the remaining oil and sauté the thinly sliced garlic and halved peppers.
