  • Toasted Cumin Seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander essential oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Pork Skewers 2 pieces
  • Cilantro ¼ bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Lime 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Coarsely grind the roasted cumin and coriander seeds in a coffee grinder and mix with finely chopped or crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 2

Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and black pepper and generously coat both sides with the prepared spice oil mixture.

Step 3

In a large, shallow skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it starts to smoke. Begin cooking the chops, browning each side for 5-7 minutes.

Step 4

Serve the cooked chops topped with coarsely chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
