- Pork chop with bone 4 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar 10 fl oz
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Salted Butter 4 tablespoons
- Rosemary 1 sprig

Step 1
Place the pork chops on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the grill. Combine the vinegar and honey in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until three-quarters of the liquid has evaporated. Add the butter and the sprig of rosemary.
Step 3
Place the pork chops on the preheated grill and cook, turning and basting with the glaze.
Step 4
Grill for 12-14 minutes, plate, and let cool slightly.
