Pork Chops in Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 6 pieces
- Morels 35 oz
- Pesto 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and fry them in olive oil, then set aside on a plate.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in olive oil for 15 minutes. A few minutes before they are done, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
In the skillet where the pork chops were cooked, warm the cream, add the pesto, and the juice from sautéing the mushrooms.
Step 4
Place the pork chops in a shallow dish, top with the mushrooms, pour the creamy sauce over, cover with a sheet of foil, and place in the oven for 30 minutes (at 180-200 °C).
