Pork Chops Chelagach
Ingredients
- Pork chop with bone 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Spices 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the pork chop, season with salt and pepper to taste. Then add mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon per piece, and add soy sauce, also 1 tablespoon.
Step 2
Also add spices to taste (I added rosemary and a meat spice blend). Let it marinate for about 12 hours (I usually do this in the evening and leave it overnight).
Step 3
Then take it out of the refrigerator, wrap it in foil, and place it in the oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Unwrap the foil, increase the temperature to 390°F, and leave it for another 15-20 minutes. I usually serve it with stewed vegetables.
