Description
You can also prepare natural chops, i.e., without breading them. In this case, the chops are drizzled with the juice formed during frying.
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 20 oz
- Breadcrumbs ½ cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash, clean, and cut the pork, lamb, or veal loin into chops (with rib bone).
Step 2
Gently pound each chop, season with salt, sprinkle with pepper, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Place the prepared chops in a preheated skillet with oil and fry on both sides until a golden crust forms (about 15-20 minutes).
Step 4
Place the finished chops on a plate and drizzle with melted butter. Serve with fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, or various vegetables dressed with oil (carrots, corn, cauliflower, green peas, etc.).
