- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Scallions to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F.
Step 2
Gently pound the prepared meat on both sides with the flat side of a meat mallet.
Step 3
Rub the chops with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, place on a baking sheet, and top with mushrooms. Cover with slices of cheese. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
