Pork Chop Rolls with Ham and Olives
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 6 pieces
- Pitted olives 0 oz

- Ham 6 slices
- Garlic 1 clove
- Parsley 2 stems
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the filling: finely chop the olives, black olives, and herbs. Peel the garlic and press it. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and place a slice of ham on each chop. Add some of the filling on top of the ham. Then roll the chops into a roll and secure with toothpicks.
Step 3
Sauté the rolls in butter and olive oil for 5 minutes, then pour the wine into the pan, bring to a boil, and cook uncovered for 2 minutes. Then cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
