- Beef Cheeks ½ kg
- Brussels Sprouts 5 oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the pork into cubes about 2 cm. At this stage, you can remove the skin.

Place the cheeks in a dry, hot skillet.

Pour boiling water over the Brussels sprouts.

Crush 2 cloves of garlic with a chef's knife.
