  • Pork tenderloin 15 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
  • Turnips 3 pieces
  • Onion 2 heads
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Dried Chamomile 2 teaspoons
  • Minced garlic 3 cloves
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the meat, pat it dry, cut it into strips, place it in a deep bowl, add pepper, garlic, marjoram, pour in the soy sauce, mix, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel them, and cut them into strips. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Cut the bell pepper and tomatoes into thin half-moons.

Step 3

Remove the pork from the marinade, place it in a pan with olive oil, and fry for 5 minutes. Add the vegetables, mix, and fry for another 5–7 minutes, stirring.

Step 4

Then pour in the marinade, reduce the heat, and simmer until cooked. Garnish the finished dish with parsley sprigs.
