  • Sweet Pepper 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 1 piece
  • Onion 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Cheese Spread to taste
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the potatoes into thin rounds; cut the onions, tomatoes, and peppers into rings. Cut the meat into strips.

Step 2

Next, layer the ingredients on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. The first layer is potatoes, lightly drizzled with mayonnaise. Then add a layer of onions, followed by the meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with mayonnaise. Finally, add the sliced peppers and tomatoes on top, and drizzle with a little more mayonnaise.

Step 3

Sprinkle all the grated cheese on top, add a little bit of boiled water, and place in the oven on low heat for 30 minutes until cooked.

Step 4

Finally, when the dish is almost ready, increase the heat to create a crust.
