Pork Baked in a Pot with Grapes
Main Dishes • European
Description
Serve hot only.
Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Red Grape Juice to taste
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Cut the pork into medium-thick pieces (maximum 1 cm), place on a board, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Place a skillet on the heat and let it get hot. Pour in the oil, slice the onion into rings, and sauté. Add the chili pepper and a little salt. Sauté until golden brown.
Step 3
In a pot, layer one layer of pork, followed by a layer of onion and halved grapes. Repeat this process.
Step 4
Place the pot without a lid in the oven for 15 minutes (to brown the meat slightly). As soon as you see browning, immediately cover with a lid and leave for another 10-15 minutes until cooked through (baking time depends on the thickness of the meat).
