Ingredients
- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Sole fillets 10 oz
- White bread 5 oz
- Milk 4 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs 4 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Onion 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, finely chop the onion, and sauté it in heated oil.
Step 2
Wash and dry the pork and fish fillet, then pass them through a meat grinder along with the sautéed onion.
Step 3
Add the bread soaked in milk or cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix, and pass through the meat grinder again.
Step 4
Add the minced garlic and chopped parsley to the prepared meat mixture.
Step 5
Mix everything thoroughly, form small patties, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides in a pan with heated oil, then place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 10 minutes.
