- Pork Neck 20 oz
- Onion 20 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Finely chop the onion, sauté it until it turns a caramel color and texture, then let it cool.
Step 2
Pass the beef, pork, frozen butter, and onion through a meat grinder using the finest grinding plate. Add salt. Knead the mixture and chill it for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Shape the patties into any desired form and fry them in vegetable oil until cooked through. If desired, you can skip frying and instead bake them in the oven on parchment paper for 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 355°F.
