  • Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
  • Spanish onions 5 oz
  • Bay leaf 1 piece
  • Allspice berries 2 pieces
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Butter 0 oz

Cut the fillet into cubes.
