  • Radish 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce 5 fl oz

  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Red Long Chili Peppers 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the fish into pieces about four centimeters long. In a pot, mix the oil, soy sauce, sugar, and a little water, bring to a boil, then immediately remove from heat.

Step 2

Place the sliced radish at the bottom of the pot with the sauce, and then add the pieces of fish on top. After boiling, reduce the heat and simmer until most of the liquid evaporates.

Step 3

When there is a little liquid left, add the finely chopped garlic, onion, and pepper, and continue to simmer on low heat.
