Description

Pollock in sour cream and garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • Navy Pollock 15 oz
  • Mayonnaise 0 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fish Oil to taste
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the pollock into fillets, slice into portion-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with fish seasoning.

Step 2

Heat a skillet and add olive oil. Sauté the pollock fillets on both sides over medium heat until they are half-cooked.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, finely chopped dill, crushed garlic, and a little salt. Pour the mixture over the fish in the skillet, reduce the heat, gently stir the fish with a spatula to coat it in the sauce, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

Drizzle with lemon juice, season to taste with salt, and serve with a light salad.
