Pollock in Foil in a Multicooker

Description
Rice goes great as a side dish. You can add lemon wedges to the fish, season with salt, pepper, and spices to your taste. I personally need to minimize citrus and spices for health reasons... But no one is stopping you. Experiment and create!
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- 1% Kefir 10 fl oz
- Pollock fillet 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish and cut it into small pieces (I got 6 pieces), place them in a bowl and pour kefir over them, let it sit for a while.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings and grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Pour water into the multicooker bowl up to the first mark.
Step 4
Place foil in the steaming bowl, add the onion and carrot, then the pollock in kefir.
Step 5
Cover the fish with foil.
Step 6
Set to 'Steaming' mode for 20 minutes.
