- Navy Pollock 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Corn Flour for Polenta 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step 1
Rinse the pollock and scrape off the scales with a knife.
Step 2
Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 5
Add corn flour to the cheese and mix.
Step 6
Beat an egg in a bowl.
Step 7
Dip a piece of fish in the egg.
Step 8
Then coat it in the cheese mixture.
Step 9
Place on a preheated and oiled frying pan.
Step 10
Fry covered for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
