Ingredients

- Carrot 1 piece
- Butter 10 oz
- Milk 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces

- Bay leaf 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the fish. In a pot of water, add the peeled carrot, onion, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Then add the fish and bay leaves. Cook for another 15 minutes. P.S.: The fish can also be prepared in a steamer, seasoned with salt and pepper.
Step 2
The base for the fish will be mashed potatoes. Start preparing it simultaneously with the fish. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and boil them. In the pot with the boiled potatoes, crack one egg, add 1/2 to 1 cup of milk (adjust for consistency), and 50 g of butter. Mash the potatoes.
Step 3
For the sauce, we will need 4 eggs, herbs, and butter. Boil the eggs, grate them, mix with melted butter and herbs, and add 4-5 tablespoons of fish broth.
Step 4
Assemble the dish! First, place the potatoes on the plate, followed by the fish, and generously drizzle with sauce! It pairs well with a fresh, crispy baguette! Enjoy your meal!
