Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Cod 30 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish and cut it into pieces. Boil the eggs.
Step 2
Place the fish pieces in a skillet. Add the chopped onion. Pour in the milk so that the fish is half submerged. Add the diced boiled eggs. Put on the heat.
Step 3
As soon as the milk starts to boil, add the butter, stir, reduce the heat, and cover with a lid.
Step 4
Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
