Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion, slice the sausages into circles, and cut the cabbage into squares.
Step 2
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until semi-cooked, then add the sausages and cabbage, seasoning everything with tomato paste, herbs, pepper, and salt to taste.

Mix thoroughly, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat until cooked.
