Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Cornmeal 10 oz
- Cottage cheese 1 container
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the cornmeal according to the package instructions, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil and stirring.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: mix the cottage cheese (large container) with one or two tablespoons of sour cream; press in the garlic clove; add the herbs (dill and parsley). You can add spices to taste. And the sauce is ready.
Step 3
Serve in layers: corn porridge, sauce, a drizzle of ketchup.
