  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • 10% cream 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Milk ¾ cup
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Remove the crust from the bread, soak it in milk, squeeze it out, and add it to the mince. Mix the mince, cream, and melted butter until smooth, and season.

Step 2

Shape the cutlets into an elongated form, dip them in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Fry for 10–15 minutes until a golden crust forms.
