- Parsley 10 oz
- Water 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Vinegar essence to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean and gut the fish, rinse it, season with salt, place it in a pot, add a little water, cover the pot with a lid, and poach the fish over low heat for 15–18 minutes.
Step 2
After that, remove the pot from the heat, carefully transfer the fish to a plate, and garnish it with sprigs of fresh parsley.
Step 3
Serve the vinegar separately.
