Description
The filling can be anything (for example, Korean carrots, olives, gherkins, mozzarella cheese, smoked ham, oregano, paprika, tomato paste, herbs), bake for 30–40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Dry yeast 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the yeast and sugar to warm water (about 105°F) and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sift the flour through a sieve.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix the mixture.
Step 5
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix again.
Step 6
Leave the dough covered with a towel to rise for about 30 minutes.
