- Yogurt powder 0 oz

- Cilantro to taste
- Curry to taste
- Cardamom to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate the chicken in Georgian Svan salt and fry it in a khospers. Alternatively, if using boneless meat, you can bake the chicken in the oven at 390°F for 30 minutes. You can also grill the meat on a barbecue.
Step 2
Slice the cucumbers, tomatoes, pickled red onion, chili pepper, and pickled cabbage into thin strips.
Step 3
Cut the pita in half, spread sauce inside, fill it with the filling, and bake it in the pita for one and a half minutes.
