  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Spinach 5 oz
  • Pide bread 4 pieces
  • Spicy salami 10 oz
  • Melted Cheese 5 oz
  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the peppers into quarters and remove the seeds. Roast on a hot grill skin-side up until the skin starts to blacken. Place the hot peppers in a tightly sealed plastic bag or wrap in paper for 5 minutes. Then peel off the skin.

Step 2

Combine the vinegar and oil, add the spinach and cheese, and mix gently. Place the roasted peppers, spinach mixture, salami, and chopped tomatoes on the pita, and roll it up. Optionally, secure with green lettuce. The rolls are ready.
