Ingredients
- Gruyère cheese 10 oz
- Red Grape Juice 10 fl oz
- Emmental cheese 10 oz
- Potato protein 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Kirsch 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the pot inside with garlic. Grate the cheeses coarsely and mix them in the pot. Place the pot over medium heat, add the wine, lemon juice, and starch, stirring constantly until the cheese melts.
Step 2
Add the kirsch, pepper, and nutmeg. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, place the pot over a burner to keep the cheese bubbling. Dip pieces of white bread into it.
