- Pineapple 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Hard Cheese 0 oz

Cut the pineapples in half.
Step 2
Remove the tough core and discard it.
Step 3
Scoop out the flesh and chop it finely.
Step 4
Chop the chicken fillet finely.

In vegetable oil, fry the fillet until cooked (about 15 minutes).

Add curry powder and mix.

Next, add the pineapple, season with salt and pepper, and fry for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Fill the pineapple halves with the stuffing. Sprinkle with cheese.
