Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Red Long Chili Peppers 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Long-Grain Rice 5 oz
  • Leek 2 pieces
  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
  • Baking Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Vegetables 10 oz
  • Herbs 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat a large dish in the microwave at full power for 7 minutes.

Step 2

Roll out the chicken breasts with a rolling pin, then cut into 4 cm cubes.

Step 3

Grease the microwave-safe dish with butter. Place the chicken in, press it down slightly, then fry uncovered at full power for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Flip the meat and fry for another 1 minute under the same conditions. Season with salt, black, and red pepper to taste.

Step 5

Add the rice on top of the meat, pour in the broth, and cover with a lid. Cook for 6 minutes at full power. Stir after 5 minutes of boiling.

Step 6

Add the vegetables and mushrooms (excluding the parsley) to the rice and meat, mix well, season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and simmer under the same conditions for 3 minutes.

Step 7

Stir everything, cover, and simmer at medium power for 1 minute. During this time, stir 1-2 times.

Step 8

Remove the dish from the microwave and let it sit for about 10 minutes at room temperature without opening the lid. Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
