Ingredients
- Perch 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Lemon 2 pieces
- Mustard Greens 2 tablespoons
- Onion 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the fish, wash it well, and make cuts. Rub the entire fish with pepper and salt. Leave it for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Next, place a slice of lemon and tomato in each cut. Be sure to peel the lemon skin beforehand, as it can add a strong bitterness.
Step 3
Place the fish on a sheet of foil and brush it with the prepared sauce (juice of half a lemon + mustard). Top with onion.
Step 4
Wrap the fish in foil and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F. Bake the pike perch for 30 minutes.
