Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pike perch fillet into 3–4 pieces and boil.
Step 2
Place some cream sauce and the cooked fish in the bottom of a single-serving skillet greased with butter; top with crab meat; pour the remaining sauce over everything and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 3
Make a puree from the potato, egg, and 25 ml of milk, arrange it around the pike perch, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with melted butter, and bake.
