Pike Perch Baked in Foil with Lemon

Ingredients
- Perch 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Lemon 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley 4 stems
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First of all, about the fish. One per serving (if small). We gut it, remove the head, and scale it.
Step 2
We salt and pepper the fish inside and out.
Step 3
We slice the lemon and onion very thinly. The onion into half rings.
Step 4
We evenly stuff our fish with slices of lemon, onion, and sprigs of parsley. Don't forget about the beautiful presentation!.. we will leave a couple of lemon slices and a sprig of parsley for garnish. We wrap it in foil.
Step 5
We place it in the oven (multicooker, steamer – whatever you prefer). Bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
We take it out, unwrap the foil – it looks beautiful, of course. We gut it again (remove the lemon and parsley). Serve.
