Ingredients

  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Water 2 tablespoons
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Pickles 3 pieces
  • Feta cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the dough, combine 2 cups of flour, melted margarine, 1 egg, water, and salt, and mix well. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2

For the filling, finely chop the ham, pickles, and feta cheese, add the eggs and sour cream, and mix well. Dissolve 50 g of flour in milk, add it to the other ingredients, and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out one part into a sheet and place it on a baking tray. Prick the sheet with a fork in several places.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and evenly distribute the filling. Roll out the second sheet of dough, place it over the filling, and pinch the edges. Return to the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes.
