- Sea Bass 25 oz
- White bread 5 oz
- Milk ½ cup
- Onion 2 heads
- Butter 2 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the fish fillet, soaked white bread in milk, and onion through a meat grinder twice. Add the egg, salt, and pepper to the minced mixture and mix well.
Step 2
Divide into portions, shape into patties, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Heat in the oven.
Step 3
When serving, drizzle with butter and garnish with fried potatoes and pickled fruits.
