Penne with Trout and Mozzarella
Ingredients
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Penne rigate 5 oz
- Trout 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 4 stems
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the penne according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
Cut the trout into large cubes, slice the zucchini into small pieces, and finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 3
In a well-heated skillet, pour in the olive oil, add the large pieces of trout and zucchini, and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring gently. Then add the garlic, white wine, and after a minute, the cream, cooked pasta, mix everything, and cook the sauce until it slightly thickens.
Step 4
Finally, add salt, pepper, and parsley to the penne, and serve with slices of mozzarella (having let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes beforehand).
