
Peking Duck from 'Duck Farm'

Ingredients
- Duck 5 lbs
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil 2 tablespoons
- Cucumbers to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the duck and pat it dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Mix all the marinade ingredients and thoroughly coat the duck inside and out. Place it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 3
Remove the duck and let it warm up for half an hour while preheating the oven to 445°F. Place the duck on a rack with a baking tray underneath to catch any drips. Cover the duck with foil, creating a dome so that it does not touch the duck. Roast for 45 minutes. Then roast for another 5 minutes at 355°F.
Step 4
Serve the duck with cucumbers cut into strips and a sweet fruit sauce for an authentic evening. Enjoy your meal!
