
Pear Chicken with Curry

Description
Boiled rice with spices makes an excellent side dish.
Ingredients
- Leek 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves 1 bunch
- Curry 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Pears 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and sauté in olive oil.
Step 2
Slice the leek into rings and fry until golden brown.
Step 3
Peel the pear, grate it on a coarse grater, and simmer with the leek for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sautéed chicken breast, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of curry, mix, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
In another skillet, heat olive oil, add basil leaves or sprinkle with the spice, and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
Step 6
Fry the sliced tomatoes on both sides.
Step 7
Serve the pear chicken on a plate and garnish with tomatoes and basil.
