- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Cilantro to taste
- Basil to taste
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the peas and soak for 2 hours.
Step 2
Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Wash, peel, and grate the carrot.
Step 4
Wash and dice the tomatoes.
Step 5
Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes.
Step 6
Wash and finely chop the cilantro and basil.
Step 7
Sauté the onion, carrot, and tomatoes in heated oil, then add the broth and bring to a boil.
Step 8
Then add the peas and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Add the diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and bay leaves, and cook until done.

When serving, drizzle the porridge with sour cream and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
