Pasta with veal stewed with vegetables
Ingredients
- Cilantro ½ bunch
- Veal 15 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Dill ½ bunch
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Baking Tomatoes 5 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Spaghetti 35 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Black Cumin (Cumin) a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Stew the veal (ground) with finely chopped onion, add salt, pepper, and cumin, and stew for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add finely chopped bell pepper and carrot, and stew together until the vegetables are fully cooked.
Step 3
10 minutes before finishing, add the tomatoes.
Step 4
Sauté in oil.
Step 5
Then add the herbs and garlic, mix, and serve over the pasta. You can substitute the pasta with rice.
