Pasta with Salmon in Creamy Pesto Sauce
Main Dishes • Italian
Description
The salmon in this dish can be replaced with chicken or shrimp. I usually make the pesto sauce myself; it's not difficult at all, and it turns out more aromatic than store-bought.
Ingredients
- Salmon 10 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Pesto to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste

Step 4
Drain the pasta in a colander.
Step 5
Add the pasta to the salmon, mix, and after a couple of minutes, you can remove it from the heat.
