Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
- Oltermanni Cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, and cut into small, even pieces.
Step 2
Place in a deep skillet with heated olive oil, season with salt, and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Clean, wash, and finely chop the champignon mushrooms.
Step 4
After the time is up, add the mushrooms to the chicken and fry for another 7 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cheese and fry until fully melted.
Step 6
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the water and rinse the pasta thoroughly.
Step 7
Transfer the pasta to the skillet with the mushrooms and chicken, mix well, and heat for 3 minutes.
