Description

This recipe uses gomiti pasta — shells, but you can use any shells from any manufacturer. You can also use penne or fusilli, whatever you prefer. Instead of ricotta, you can add sour cream — this is necessary to keep the dish from being dry. Be careful with the onion: it should not be overcooked.
